We delivered a comprehensive simulation study for a major hospital to support the planning and deployment of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). Using SIMUL8, we created a digital representation of the hospital's logistics network, enabling the evaluation of workflows, resource utilization, and operational constraints at scale.
